When you think of a classic Alabama wedding day, you picture the bride waking up on a beautiful sunny April morning with a mimosa in her freshly manicured hand surrounded by her closest friends. You picture organized hustle and bustle of caterers and florist running around putting the last minute touches on the well thought out details. The bride ascends from the grand staircase to begin getting ready. The groom is off playing basketball with his dad and groomsmen anxiously awaiting to be summoned for wedding festivities. When you think classic southern wedding you picture a bride getting dressed in the most stunning a-line wedding dress and her mom draping pearls around her neck. All that I described isn’t just what you picture when you think of a classic southern wedding day, it’s truly how Callie and Lee’s Alabama wedding day unfolded. 

There was a beautiful home and it was a gorgeous April morning. Callie was surrounded by her closest friends and her mom and her got dressed in an upstairs bedroom set for the perfect romantic chick flick. Callie wore the most stunning strapless gown and held a colorful bouquet every girl dreams of. Her bridesmaids wore the perfect shade of blue that pops off every image. 

Callie and Lee are made for each other. The love and joy for each other and those around them was so evident. They had guests traveling from all over to be apart of their special day. They said “I do’s” at Callies home church and walked the downtown streets to their outdoor reception. The night was filled with amazing food, music and dancing!
