I always leave a wedding day feeling somewhat connected to the family that I worked with. Whether they intend for me to or not! There is just something about photographing such a monumental day that truly makes you feel connected. But there was something different about Emily and Easton’s wedding.
I met Emily’s mom, Missy months before the two said I do! I entered Northridge middle school excited to meet the mother of the bride and talk about her daughter’s wedding day! She shared with me the love that she has for her daughter and how excited she is for her and Easton and their future together. I felt such a connection to her from the get go! Thrilled that they decided to book me as their wedding photographer, I couldn’t wait to meet Emily!
Just like her mom, Emily is so precious!! We had a blast at their engagement session! – click here if you want to recap!! And their wedding day was no exception. They got married at the beautiful Foxwood Events venue in Gordo, Alabama. Foxwood is a manicured piece of land with a stunning barn, charming getting ready house for the girls and a beautiful ceremony and reception area. Enjoy some of my favorites from their wedding day below!
Emily and Easton, thank you both so much for allowing me to photograph such a sweet and special day. It was truly an honor and I am forever grateful!
Missy, thank you. For everything. You have been so kind to me and I am so thankful to have gotten to know you and your precious family!!
