Hannah and Jonathan had a beautiful summer wedding day at Flagstone Farm. I’ve had the privilege of shooting a few weddings here and the beautiful landscapes and water views never seem to fail. Hannah and Jonathan got engaged last July and I was so excited to be the one to take their proposal photos.

For those of you that may not know this, Hannah and I actually went to preschool together. That’s right, preschool!! If I dug around in my parents house I’m sure I could find a 1998 picture of baby Hannah and baby Abby hanging out at Little Friends. My family moved away just after my second grade year and Hannah and I didn’t keep up. Fast forward to freshman year of college at the University of Alabama. I remember getting a Facebook message from Hannah asking if I remembered her and if I wanted to catch up! How crazy is that!

Needless to say, I have been so honored to walk through this season of engagement with Hannah and Jonathan. There’s always something special about being able to photograph the proposal, engagement and the wedding day. These two are so perfect for each other. They compliment each others strengths in such evident ways. I look forward to seeing where they go!!
